Because caviar is a highly perishable product, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered. However, if a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised during transit, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting information or photographs.
Each request will be caroklefully reviewed to ensure the matter is resolved fairly and in accordance with our quality standards.

How We Use Your Information

If an issue is verified, CAVIROFF may offer a replacement product or a refund at our discretion. Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment where applicable.
Claims related to improper storage, delayed acceptance of delivery, or handling outside recommended refrigeration conditions may not be eligible for refund.
